*Deposits and Cancellation Policy for Danielle Hollins with Trendy Transformation Salon With me, Danielle Leshaun at Trendy Transformation, I strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure that we can accommodate everyone's needs and manage my schedules effectively, I have established the following cancellation policy: Deposits: A $25 deposit is due for all new, first time clients and all color services for new and existing clients. This deposit goes towards your total amount and must be paid to secure your appointment time and date. If a deposit is not paid within 24-48 hours after booking your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled. Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling - Notice Requirement: We require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. - How to Cancel: Cancellations can be made by calling me directly at 678-633-2422 or by emailing us at Danielle.daniel65@gmail.com with the subject APPOINTMENT CANCELATION NOTICE. Late Cancellations and No-Shows - Late Cancellations: If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 10% of your service will be charged. If you paid a deposit for your service an and your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour, your deposit will NOT be refunded. - No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged 50% of their service fee. -Repeat Offenses Clients who cancel their appointment with short notice or do not show up for appointments on two consecutive occasions will be blocked from being able to book with me completely. -Emergency Cancellations We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment due to a family emergency, medical emergency, death in family, or Act of God (flooding, tornado, hurricane, earthquake) please contact us as soon as possible, and we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. -Refunds and Charges - Refunds: Cancellation and No-show fees are non-refundable. Any prepayments for services missed due to a no-show are also non-refundable. Your deposit will ONLY be refunded if I, Danielle Hollins, have to cancel your appointment due to a personal issue of my own. (Sickness, deaths in family, medical or family emergency) - Charges: Cancellation fees and no-show fees will be charged to the credit card on file or added to the client's account to be paid at the next visit. -Policy Agreement By booking an appointment with me, Danielle Leshaun, you agree to this deposit and cancellation policy. This policy helps us provide the best possible service to all our clients.
